Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

Always pay over title. Call me the intern who cares if I’m paid.
You have been at EY for 12 years and never got prompted?
No, but nearing 5 years
I’ve been at 2 other places before, but after the 3-5 year mark at each I just never seem to get promoted (mostly just bad luck), and by the time I leave I get a lateral role bc I didn’t want to compromise on a paycut, and any roles that were manager+ offered had a hefty (20+%) paycut

A job title never paid a bill.
me in 10 years 🤡
Need more info. 12 years no promotion has to have some context if you work in consulting. And need to understand what your higher pay / promo options really are.
Pay over titles every time. You can be the CEO of your own business that brings in pennies. I think you could benefit from career coaching. You need to be more strategic in your job search. For example, I can be a project manager at a university making 100K a year. But if I want to make 200K I need to find out who's paying for a 200K project manager. Google, Microsoft, consulting companies do. Expand your territory. If you want to be in a higher title with the right/higher pay then find out who's hiring and try to get hired there. If you see yourself pigeon holed ... leave ir learn new skills to pivot. Good luck!
