Hi All, Today I've resigned and my LOD is 2 Sept. Can anyone please let me know for these 90 days salary would be credited only after FnF. Or June'22 salary will be credited as usual, however, July and September salary would be credited during FnF. Please confirm or suggest.

Hi fishies, I am currently working as a Manager at Accenture for one of their MDM project. I have received an offer from Axtria. I have asked for 40% hike on my current CTC. There is no WLB in my current project, hence considering Axtria. If someone can help me understand the work culture in Axtria especially in BI segment.

Your title says associate, so I’ll assume you’re still young and early in your career. If you find a great opportunity and can financially afford it, take it.
💯 as you grow in your career you will see how much having a good manager and supporting culture matters. I have a lot of regrets taking a job just for the money or title. I’ve left a couple times because it wasn’t a good fit and walked away from $$$ and lots of “promises”
Taking a lower offer to work for in a good company, or to work on things you find interesting or worthwhile, is always a good idea. Taking an offer of more money to work on things you can't abide will just make you miserable. Of course, in today's job market these comparisons are quite theoretical, the name of the game these days is to get any offer you can and don't overthink it.
Having a sustainable job is important for me. It doesn’t matter how much they pay if I’m on the verge of a breakdown because of the place. I still have minimum numbers that need to be met. Outside of that, I am flexible for a good job.
Those things can unfortunately change easily though with one reorg or leadership change.
I'm at a point in my career where I believe I can chose my leader when looking for positions. Growth potential is one of my priorities in whatever position I take, and have taken a number of lateral movements in order to take advantage of that potential. It might take a bit longer to move "up the corporate ladder" if that is what you're looking for but is worth it for me.
I haven’t personally but I’ve seen people do it. In some cases as high as a 30k cut, not because they had to either. I’ve seen more positive than negative come from it. Work life balance and engagement is important!
