Have you learned any tricks for identifying if a posting is a "ghost posting"? I tend to avoid ones that have been posted for an extended amount of time, but I wonder if there are any other clues to help avoid them.

6 months pregnant and just laid off. And 40% of my severance was just taken in taxes ..
