Your team lead really can't do much with your salary. You'll need to get to a key leader that can influence some kind of retention bonus or change. Salaries are governed by skills alignment and location and Accenture's goal is to keep everyone around the average of thst location. I am a talent lead, have been for a long time, and when allocating raise money we can see where everyone stands in terms of that baseline and their pay ratio. If you are way below market you'll get flagged and we are required to bring the person up.
Team lead is probably a bit too simplistic. She manages the account for our largest Salesforce client. She's actually an Associate Vice President
