This 100%. Pretty shocking the official recommendations still disparage saturated fat and don’t say anything about drink except to have skim or 1% milk (lol)

5-10g mostly from the little bit in dark chocolate or wine. Cutting out sugar was one of the biggest nutrition upgrades I’ve made in the past ~5 years.
So dont worry about counting "added" sugars. Just try to get most of your sugars from fruits, veggies, and grains and keep carbohydrates to roughly 50% of your macro balance, or adjust depending on your goals. But for most people, just focusing on moderation is enough.
