Having my final interview for a data scientist position soon. The job (other than coding) is to help them build their DS team. The interviewers will be the head of research and a VP, and the interview will be a “competency test”. How do I make myself sound more mature? Or any other tips? I’m ambitious and have a lot of ideas but I only have 2 YOE. Really want this job!!

Our company is considering offering 401K employer match. We are about 200 employees venture backed company. We have about 60% participation mostly the non HCEs and only some key employees contribute. We always pass top heavy test and wpassed the 2019 ADP/ACP test. We are aggressively hiring and project there will be increase in participation, particularly if we offer the match. Given this information would it make sense to continue with a traditional 401k plan or go with safe Harbor plan?

Hello everyone! I am looking for advice. I am a C&B Team lead ( about 15 years of experience) but all my experience was in Russia. Now I got married and moved to UK , plus we have got a baby in 2019 so now I am looking for a job in UK having 3 years of career break. Although, I am getting CIPD lvl 7 diploma this year. I had a panel interview two weeks ago. I sent the recruiter a status check email last Friday and haven't heard back. I'm really interested in this company and still see the role posted on their site. Currently a big 4 consultant and got an offer from FAANG for a strategy and ops role that would bring my total comp up 60%. I’m really grateful for the offer and really excited, however, I am also interviewing with MBB. It has always been a goal of mine to work for tier 1 strategy firm as I’ve always felt on the outside looking in at big4. I feel like most exit ops from strategy would be S&O industry roles but still can’t get these MBB firms out of my mind. Am I just overthinking this?
