I'm being deployed on project which has JAVA ANGULAR MONGODB AZURE as Tech stack . Is growth good in this technology for future growth in perspective of opportunities and hikes? What will be available package for 2YOE with this tech stack? Mindtree

I understand that in most cases folks with <2 YOE will join with the same title as UG campus hires. How many YOE (or months of experience) will qualify you for a higher pay band (compared to campus hires)?

This is gonna sound stupid, but I’m honest - I can’t do math. Calculating a tip is as advanced as I get. Thank god for excel formulas and a math savvy husband.
