HealthInsurance.com looks promising at first but quickly reveals itself as a trap. During training, they sell you on a great career with good pay and opportunities. But once training ends, the reality is harsh. The stress is overwhelming, support disappears, and most people leave within three months. The turnover rate is incredibly high.

Not defending anyone but..this is actually not true, I’m an insurance agent that joined that company in 2021, I got my training and license through this company, and made my first 100K there. I’ve worked in many call centers over the years, and this was by far the highest paying, and the least turnover out of all of them. The company is not perfect, i’ve had my share of differences with them, but at the end of the day it’s WORK. Call centers are stressful and not for everyone. I know a couple of people from my class that went to other call centers that do medicare, and they all ended up either wanting to come back, or not making money elsewhere.. As far as the support and training.. i’ll put my hand on the bible and say its the best training i’ve ever had at any company.. sorry it didn’t work out for you, but don’t speak for the masses..

I think every insurance company provides training for various required certifications/licenses and then you have to sell. They likely have different programs to provide leads, but the nature of a 100% commission job is you have to sell.

Hello, I am a junior business administrator working in advisory operations. I have been with the company for 6 months, and was employed along with 2 other colleagues. I have picked the job up really fast and am even doing some “extra curricula’s” I really love my job. However I have recently found out I am being paid the same as an apprentice on my team, I usually do at 3 x the work he does whilst also doing my Cert CII. It has really disheartened me and I feel I should be earning more money
