I got offer from Thoughtworks and Allstate with almost same compensation .Which one is good in terms of WLB , learning and Job Security ?

Need inputs - I have an offer from McKinsey & Company for Product Manager role and have to decide between Waltham (Boston) and Atlanta locations. The compensation is the same for both locations(~$175k - $185k). I have never been to any of those cities and so am looking for opinions from folks that can help me make an informed decision.
