Offer 4 - IQVIA (not yet received) --9 LPA fixed 2 LPA variable
Skills: Azure cloud,ETL, PySpark,Databricks, Fabric.

In salary breakup of Bosch apart from total CTC, another payable amount is mentioned under 'NPS optional- Company Contribution'. What does this optional means? And whether this NPS amount is on the top of the offered CTC or will they adjusted it with some other component mentioned under fixed salary?

However what im worried is after 2 years would interviewers expect me to have handled a project all alone and acted as a product owner.
