Bain & Company Got dinged after a final round AC interview with Bain & Company as an experienced hire with 1 YOE. Currently at $75k base salary and on average work 30-40 hours a week.
Considering $15-25k increase in salary, but double the number of work hours, is it worth reapplying to Bain next year or better to wait to apply until after business school?

Hey everybody, a few colleagues from BCG are launching an NFT collection that is looking to celebrate (and also joke about) the consulting lifestyle. The art is awesome and they have a lot of the large meme pages lined up to help with their marketing shortly, so wanted to share in case anyone would love to follow them.

I totally understand where you are coming from. I was in a similar situation as you. Sadly from my experience finding a new job almost always depends on your current CTC and the maximum you can negotiate is usually 100%. But for 3 years you can expect more than 15LPA. But getting 10-12LPA would be more realistic. Do your best in the interview and be honest about the bad deals from your previous organisations and talk about expectations being based on your skills and the value you bring to the table rather than your existing CTC. More often than not this has worked out for me.
