1. Deloitte USI - Consultant - 21 LPA (18 Fixed)
2. Publicis Sapient - Senior Associate L1 - 23 LPA (22.7 Fixed component, no variable)
3. EY GDS - Tech Lead - 16 LPA (15.1 Fixed)

Location: Bangalore for above

My current salary is:
11 LPA (9.6 Fixed)
Location: Kolkata

Need some advice on which one to join.
For me, Publicis is the clear winner here in terms of salary.
However, I have seen less than stellar reviews for it.

I need some advise. 2 years ago( when I turned 33) I realized my energy level is going down at a faster rate everyday then I have ever experienced. I had my doctor do yearly different tests and everything is normal. I try to work out at least 2 times a week and take vitamins D and B12. I am getting fatigue and feeling weak, unable to accomplish my tasks sometimes (not depressed). I am losing the sense of consistency. Anything anybody would recommend to do or take?

Got industry offer at bank, cyber. Would be going from 110 to 130. Perks are comparable. I feel like it is on lower end of comp based on Glassdoor and elsewhere. Considering countering at 135-140.
