I am currently in nielseniq in probation period my current notice period is for 2 month.

Now I what to leave company in one month notice period and play money for another month but my manger said he is not accepting my Regine letter.

What can I do in this case?

I'm an Indian holding bachelor's degree in electrical and electronics engineering from India and master of international marketing degree from a United States. Hello Everyone, I have received the offer letter from Nielseniq without joining date and details of the notice period or probation. It's just a consent letter and a code of conduct with the salary break up.
I asked HR about the same as my joining is near and still no joining date mentioned but not getting any response.
