I got a call from IBM saying I have cleared the interview and I received the offer letter. After that, I got a call from a senior manager who said that there would be a technical round over the phone, which lasted for 20 minutes. After the call, I tried contacting HR, but I did not receive any response. Does this mean that they have rejected me?

I have 3 years of Experience working as a fullstack developer using .NET Core, Angular, React, and Postgres.

I have also done certifications in Machine learning using Python and Tensorflow, but I am unable to land an interview with Microsoft, even if my profile matches the job description.

Any nudge in the right direction would be appreciated.

I have an offer from LTI, my joining date is in next 2 days. Today only I got an offer for higher package from another company. If I try to negotiate with LTI will they entertain in such a last moment.

Hi! I’ve been approached by Securonix for a Sales Director role in NA. I know the field and their competitors. The pay is good but I’ve seen a handful of websites with employee rating that is really bad. Each site has roughly 10 reviews but most are negative. Mostly referring to toxic culture and zero work life balance. How true is this in this sales org and the company in general? This is a backfill role after a 3 year tenure for the person who left.

It’s now been about a month since I cold applied to all big 4 firms for upcoming winter internships. I’ve tried reaching out to some of the recruiters in the area I applied for but no response. Is this white flag territory or is there still hope? And if it’s the ladder is there anything I can do to speed up the process or is it just a waiting game.
