I have an interview with Korn Ferry for an associate principal role and am curious about others’ experiences have been with work-life balance here. l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed. Now I haven't received the revised offer letter or any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls or responding to emails.

I got a offer letter today from TCS. In that they have told to submit the documents from background check. Actually the problem is that I don't have any permanent address as my father is in bank so we shift frequently, and the address mentioned on my passport is the address where i used to live a year ago.

My query is that if i mention my passport address only as permanent address, will they do house verification by sending someone to my house, or any way if they can reject?
