I got offer from IGrow Virtual IT Solutions (Client PWC) as QA Automation Engineer for 34.5 LPA. (Having WFH feasibility from client side) but i have doubt here that in only single round they selected me and wants to join me on 4th May itself.
Also having cleared interview for JPMC (Under CIB project) as Senior Software Engineer - Automation position with same package.
Can anyone suggest to me where to join?

Higher offers at 27-28 with more fixed pay is from contract and hire/fire type companies. Mostly indirect hiring instead of direct employment with the final employer, means higher pay with lower jon security - we get little more pay, companies get the option to let go with ease later!

I joined Accenture 5 months back as a lateral hire ( Level 11 ) and have been a part of a project since day one.

I am not enjoying my work here, no motivation at all. Dreaded to report to work and having stress and anxiety. My manager is trying to micromanage me as productivity is on the lower side.

Another thing is, I have started to dislike my current tech and no more interested in it.
