I have been into IT from past 3 years as Business Analyst. Being a BA in this organisation, my work is to have requirement Elicitation calls, document the requirements, provide the document to the dev team and acts as a SME for the dev team.

Cany anyone suggest what technical skills to learn to transform myself from functional BA to techno-functional BA?

Need help thinking through this…Debating leaving to a tech startup. Very early stage ($3-7M ARR), would have a big role leading strategy and Ops. It’s a cash paycut, which is a bummer but the equity would be pretty good. Just nervous about leaving before hitting the full manager role and taking a paycut in this market to bank on equity. For those of you have left, what kind of questions did you ask yourself to know it was the right time?

For the CFE, did you do anything in addition to the ACFE prep course? The course is just practice questions, so I’m wondering where I can actually learn the information first before that.

Considering going for the CFE. What was your study plan for it and how long did it take?

Is the best way to learn provision for someone who only does compliance one of those big 4 guides? Do they get updated each year? Any other sources you recommend?

Hello Folks, Due to very toxic environment I had put down paper w/o having any offer. Fortunately, within 2 weeks of NP I cleared interviews for almost 4-5 organisations. All HR, had said that in last month of NP they'll release an offer, just so that I won't have a counter offer. Now, almost 2 weeks are left for NP to end, and surprisingly all of them are ignoring my mails, calls and texts. Please suggest. I'm losing patience as I was looking for switch since April 2022. @
