Hello all, I recently filed my EB1C I-140 using premium processing. I've recently received an RFE and the lawyers said that it's a "rather complex" RFE. They're looking for a number of items regarding my managerial role in the US and abroad. Can anyone provide guidance about how you responded to such an RFE and the type of documentation and substantiation you provided? Thank you in advance.

I’ve been having some mental issues lately and have no idea if it’s due to my HRT.
If I take .75 of estradiol I still have hot flashes. If I take 1.0 I feel either numb or depressed constantly.
I feel like I’m bearing this battle alone as my Physician’s seem like experimenting with dosing is my only option.
I’ve also consistently done intermittent fasting for two weeks, exercise 5x per week, and am eating better all to lose a whopping .5 lbs. SMH

Is there a way of bypassing the H1B lottery? I was told by an external recruiter that if I joined their London team, after a year I could go through H1B process without the lottery. My preference is to remain with Deloitte and transfer - can Deloitte put me through without the lottery? Are there stipulations such as minimum tenure or degree types etc?

Anybody with a priority date of mid-late 2015 that is considering switching jobs? I have an offer that I was about to sign, but saw that priority dates for filing in EB2 are already at sep 2014 this April. I'm a US citizen living abroad I applied almost 11 months ago for my spouse. Married for years, kid. I wait and wait. It seems this will take 2 years, maybe more. I feel trapped. On one side the US system demands I work and domicile in US, the other side says families should be prioritized to stay together. My spouse has had enough of the process.
