I recently interviewed with a company that was looking for a Property Manager for one of their low-income properties. It was an in-person interview that I thought went very well. I have over 30 years of experience and was able to intelligently answer all of their work-related questions. I am 59 years old, which was a concern to me. Am I too old? They called at least 1/3 references. It's been 1 week. Are my chances good? Any advice? Thanks!

I’m interviewing for a marketing manager role at a company based in SF. I’m genuinely excited about the role and the company but we’ve yet to discuss salary. I expect to be asked at some point, but my research has given me a VERY broad range. So I’m here to do a bit more research. I’ve got 5 very relevant years of experience and will have an associate manager directly reporting to me. Are there any marketers out there who can share their salaries in similar regions and experience levels?

I received a job offer from company A and am currently negotiating salary. I have an interview with company B next week and know that they offer a higher base pay. There’s no guarantee that I will be offered a job at company B but my gut is telling me that company B would be a better fit for me. Should I accept the offer from company A, continue interview process with company B and then rescind my offer with company A if company B offers me a job? Will I be burning bridges?
