I've 3 YOE and recently with 1+ yrs into product management I took a 1 yr gap year due to my personal life. Now I'm starting to apply but unable to get any call backs from from HR's even if i get views for my profile it doesn't go even beyond the screening round.

What to do in this case any insights will be very much helpful?

I'm a engineering graduate without dev exp I was a startup founder and project manager early..

I'm currently in a process for senior associate at a Big4. The process began on July, yet between the first and second interview it took like 3-4 weeks. And between the 2nd and 3rd like 7 weeks. I sent an email to HR during those weeks asking for an update and didn't have an answer. Then it a 3rd one was scheduled three times (the manager didn't connect to the first 2) and next week I have the last interview with 1 partner. Is the timing normal? Or were they looking for other candidates or what?

I switched 20 days back to Optum. I have 7 years of experience working as a full stack Engineer, who is passionate working on both front end and back end on latest technologies. But my project is working only on back end with 10 years old tech stack. There is no front end work at all. What should I do?
