Following. Sounds interesting. My only advice is to somehow quantify the waste of money this arrangement is creating. Usually money speaks loudest.
All clients who are trying to show they really care about you at this shelter-in-place/quarantine/ lockdown/layoff time.
Working on general strategies and PR. Feedback from client has been amazing and we really love working together. The company received great reviews from main media outlets.
They decided to bring onboard another agency just for retail marketing.
The new agencies is stepping in our work, not doing retail marking but PR, reaching out to same media my Team is working on, not providing report, not providing written strategy, avoiding any contact with us when we ask for a Gantt chart or something similar to show to who they are sending pitch and when! Yesterday received an email that said : “we can’t track all our email to outlets, but are hundreds and for sure we are going to talk to all the one you are planing to work on”
Now.... what the hell my client have in mind? How can I manage a client that is totally blind? How can I make them truly understand that this other agency is unprofessional, unorganized and not having respect for my firm or them?
I already jumped into a long meeting with them but it looks like they can’t take the reality! They are in denial!!!!
