Is there anyone who may refer to me as it is becoming difficult to answer what my current CTC is.

What would be the best approach to be onboard? Any suggestions?

Anyone have info on MD comp structures? Salary range? annual bonus? etc? Thx!

My two year anniversary of starting my career (in general) is coming up in the next 3 weeks.

Aug 2020- 65k base salary
Jan 2022- 80k base salary
July/Aug 2022- 110k base salary

Currently awaiting an offer for a new sales role. Salary somewhere between 100-120, OTE 160-200 depending on base. I intend to ask about annual merit increases and what they have been previously, but was wondering if anyone had ever negotiated an annual increase based on inflation in addition to any performance based merit increases. Seems like a smart way to protect myself while times are so volatile and not get stuck with the typical 3% when inflation is 8+. Thoughts?
