I recently joined HCL from Dell as Associate consultant E3.1 for AI/ML ROLE. I have total of 8.5 years of experience. I accepted offer for 36 lakhs.
I see there are people with roles such as Consultant and Sr.Consultant with the same experience as mine.
I regret now that I haven't asked for Consultant role.
What is the salary that HCL will offer to Consultant and Sr.Consultant roles?

Deloitte USI is offering me 15LPA fixed and 1lack joining bonus and HCL offering me 23LPA fixed. I've tried to negotiate with deloitte but they are not ready to negotiate and asking me to join on the same CTC which was initially provided. I'm confused to select the company. I am looking to create a side huddle that could grow into a part-time gig in 5 years earning 60k where. I have cleared the 1st stage and have the 2nd round scheduled this week.
What is the hiring process usually ?
I have a offer in hand frm JPM and on notice for next 2 weeks. Expected to join in March.
If i inform citi HR of this will they speed up the process if they look to make an offer ?
Would be possible to work from India until the workvisa is processed ?

I Appeared for an interview for RPA - Automation Anywhere. I didn't got any response after the interview. Then when I reached hiring manager through LinkedIn I got to know I cleared all the rounds but my expected cts is high so they might have rejected. First thing is I never said what I am expecting . And I clearly told In managerial round that I am open for salary discussion.

But no one responded. Will I get the call back in time? Or I just leave it and go ahead with other companies?

Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. I was looking at both SHRM-CP and SPHR. Everyone that I have spoken to has the SHRM, but that’s also only looking at individuals in a small geographic footprint and within 3-4 different companies. I was hoping to get some thoughts on this from others? Thanks
