Hello! Can anyone tell me the culture of Novo Nordisk in Bangalore India? I just finished the last round and found the hiring manager and HR to be a little arrogant and they kept interrupting me while I was answering questions. Is that a red flag?

Additionally can someone help me out with the salary slab for advance business analyst II at Novo?

My two year anniversary of starting my career (in general) is coming up in the next 3 weeks.

Aug 2020- 65k base salary
Jan 2022- 80k base salary
July/Aug 2022- 110k base salary

I got an offer from infosys for 5.5lpa+75k bonus, & now I have another offer of 7.5k+80k from globallogic. I prefer to join infosys as it is in my home town.
But the catch here is I accepted the offer from infosys, can i talk to HR again to revise my offer as I am expecting at least 6.5lpa. I am afraid if they revoke my current offer also. Yoe:1.5y / cctc:3.85lpa
