I asked for a raise at work and they told me I would have to wait until the new fiscal year (5 months from now) before they could make any adjustments. Genpact sending a friend with 14+ YOE to Romania for 2yrs contract. Will she be able to switch to another MNC in that country or other EU countries? If yes, then how and is it possible during the ending period of the contract?

I joined Genpact 10 days ago and my Onboarding session is done but after that I didn't get any call from my supervisor or HR for the laptop delivery, shift timings nd all. When I am trying to connect with my HR and Supervisor through email, they are not replying and hiring manager is not picking up the call.

Is it normal, or any action in required from my side, or something need to be worried?
