This person has allegedly tried to do fraud with a foreigner and harassing/blackmailing the individual on regular basis. Need support as legal actions for her isn’t easy due to different countries and she doesn’t know much details of this individual.

Long story short: last year in Nov 2020 I accept an offer for concentrix but unable to join due to COVID situation and got approval from the reporting manager it was only for a week.
Now recently I got offer for concentrix pune but they are asking to continue with last package which is below the baseline for this process.
When I spoke to the HR he says it's the policy and nothing can be done.
I loved the process but it would be really hard for me with the package.
ANY ADVICE WHAT CAN BE DONE
