I want to build my career in analytics. I have offer from EY India, EXL and LatentView Analytics.
EY is more on the side of project management and process improvement in SaaS, as told. While there is hands-on in other two.

Stay away from EPAM. In February they will say, the position is no longer available.
No to EPAM
Rising Star
Check the feedback and reviews u will get clear message why no to EPAM.
1. Short term projects as Epam is working as a consulting farm where they have very short span projects.
2. Client interviews all of the time you need to go through client interview doesn't matter if you are working frontend or backend what is readily available you need to attend the interview.
3. If you denied this is not your skillsets then this impact your further interview assignment.
4. If you made any mistake during your project you will removed from project without any further justification and your feedback will be written backend from account team and that will create a problem for selecting further projects.
Note that bench period is very tight
Choice is yours now.
Congrats! btw what's the fixed they offered?
