I have an offer from KPMG, and I am in talks with collabera, they are offering about 35% hike which will be 100% hike from my current ctc, while KPMG offers 65% on my current ctc.

KPMG is a research and stakeholders management role and collabera offers strategy role including working direct with VP.

I know the company is pretty small when company to KPMg, should I proceed with the interview?

Hi fishes, I have recently attended an interview with Accenture India Accenture couple of days back and can see the candidature status is on hold after my 1st round of interview. Does this mean that they are waiting for others to complete their interview or am I rejected? If not ,how many days they tak appxm to make a decision. Do you continue to see in-flight interview processes through once you’ve received and accepted an offer? It feels premature to cut the chord on the others, but also the decision between the companies becomes harder. Also afraid of the possibility to go back on the acceptance of the one role in favor of another.

Do you have a product portfolio? I have case study details on features I've released but so far have only needed as reference notes in interviews. I have an upcoming interview where they specifically want to discuss my portfolio and want to ensure I'm correctly prepared.

My supervisor gave me two referral this week. She wants to me submit TWO assessments by Friday 2/8/22. I’m thinking of quitting.

I started my journey as a volunteer for crisis text line. I fell in love with the field instantly. Currently working as a mental health tech and can not freaking wait to leave that role. It freaking sucks not being able to guide patients like my background and formal training have taught me. It’s frustrating because I constantly have to step back and ask myself “am I in my own lane”?

I graduated last year with my MSW and have a hard time mentally preparing myself for the exam and focusing on studying. Any tips?
