I did a “meet the team” interview 2 weeks ago and now the hiring manager set up a call on Tuesday. Is it safe to assume that’s a call to extend an offer?

If that’s a reasonable assumption, could I let another company (finished interviews last Friday) know ahead of time on Monday that I’m expecting an offer in the hopes of speeding up their decision making?

Specialist roles aside, such as digital, when you see someone describing themselves as a “generalist marketer” is this a resume you’d pass on? However , they are now asking me for immediate joining which is not possible(as per HR) as i am serving notice period of which less then 45days are left.
I have made this clear on day 1 to the recruiters
One more thing, they are not offering any decent package
Eg- Deloitte is offering 15LPA for a 7.5yrs exp Scrum Master
