Hello everyone,

I am seeking advice regarding an issue I'm experiencing with Paytm Payment Bank. It's been over 12 days since I submitted my documents, and I have yet to receive my offer letter. Despite the HR's assurances that I would receive it, there have been three missed commitments on their part.

Has anyone else experienced this? What steps should I take in this situation?
