Hello Everyone, I am working in Baker Hughes as a PLM professional earning around 30+ lpa with 15 years of experience. I just cleared multiple rounds of interview in riyadh based organisation. For salary expectations, I quoted around 40k SAR monthly being married + kid. I expect negotiations to happen within the next 2-3 days. How much SAR salary should I settle on considering moving away from India?

Wanted to bring out that staff-1's are paid peanuts (3.33L CTC) please don't expect them to slog 12-13 hours. They don't have enough motivation or incentives to work that long. Seniors,AM's and Managers should be more kind and explain the work to them clearly rather than making last minute changes.
