Offered Package: 12.86 LPA Fixed + 1.28 LPA Variable
Yoe: 3.6

The HR mentioned that they usually offer 100% of the variable pay. Is this true?

Whats the variable pay range in Gartner?
And whats salary range for Analytics Manager (india)?

Help- my FBIL is refusing to rent a tux for our wedding because he already owns one. It is a different tuxedo. We would like everyone in the same tux, which I don’t think is crazy to ask for? It’s not a financial issue and it’s not some sort of weird style. 11 other men will be in the rental, it will be obviously different. We’re paying a lot for formal pictures and while this isn’t a tragedy by any means, it is upsetting to my fiancé and I, especially as we ALWAYS go with everyone else’s flow.

I always have faith that everything will make sense, and we will move into a better era. Sometimes it's challenging to maintain that faith, but it's always there.

I want to move towards Product Manager or Data Science Manager roles by 2025.

Will master's degree help me move in that direction?
