They are offering Rs. 1762500 as fixed component, no variable pay (NSA will be available if will be working in night shift). Other offer is from Fractal Analytics, offering Rs. 18.5 lpa CTC ( Rs. 1659091 fixed + 10% committed pay). Confused which one to choose?

Recieved an offer from a small company (150 employees - Services domain) which is in my native state (infopark kochi). Tey offer 21 LPA as Prod Owner.
Note: Relocation and cost of living in Blr are high but organization is established. Also wl ask to return to office shortly.
