Recieved an offer from a small company (150 employees - Services domain) which is in my native state (infopark kochi). Tey offer 21 LPA as Prod Owner.
Note: Relocation and cost of living in Blr are high but organization is established. Also wl ask to return to office shortly.
Need I switch again or not. Please share your thoughts thank you.

Hi Fishes.. 6 yoe in SAP SD, i got 2 offers one from Wipro14 lpa role tech lead and other from Infosys for 16lpa role consultant.. i feel in Wipro the role is good but package is very less and in Infosys the role less for my experience and package can also be revised.. what can i do.. need your valuable inputs if i can negotiate with anyone of the company or which i can choose.. 3 YOE in Marketing through internships in college, followed by 2 years Financial Operations/Data Tools full-time. I got an offer for $75K at TekSystems for a Market Analyst role. I gave them a range of $70-75K, so they gave the max. But I am questioning asking for a bit more given insurance is apparently on the higher-end and I want to ensure I didn't low-ball myself.
