YOE - 7

Considering recession job security, technology and pay which one should I choose?

How is your bonus structured? Percentage guaranteed? Purely discretionary? A mix of the two? I’m trying to come up with language for a counteroffer.

Hi Folks, I am working in infy and planning to drop paper this week. As I don't have offer in hand but 90 days NP impacting to get new job. Also my compansation is not good as per exp. So that is the first reason and no new tech learning and project change happening with me. Also in last cycle they didn't give good rating bcoz i was asking for new project ..??

Question for my friend at KPMG. Her MDs and Partners have been directing her to eat her hours. If she charges over 45 hours she will get emails from management and when she charges over 65 she got a call from a PPMD. I work at deloitte and have never been told to do this and thought it honestly was illegal. Thoughts? I’ve accepted an offer from a firm. Had to revise my joining date and the HR sent an email confirmation for the revised doj. I received an onboarding portal link from another HR, on their portal it’s mentioned my joining is in January which is even earlier than the joining date I received before on my OL which I got revised later on. The HR isn’t even reachable, they don’t reply to mails or pick calls. Don’t know what to do.

I have 10+ Year experience. My expertise are Java, Springboot, Micro-service, docker and kubernates. What salary I should expect in EXFO Company as Principal Software.

Move from service base to product base is good but not viceversa.
