Now I want switch to work on in trend tech and good pay.

I am married also.
I am currently learning big data tools like spark, hike, sqoop etc.
As nagarro offers permanent wfh .
Can anyone help as how can i get into nagarro or what to follow to clear the round.

Currently going to school for my cannabis certification but I rarely see any jobs that offer cannabis research. I am having 8.7 YOE JAVA Backend developer and having offer from Nagarro now.
So I wanted to know about the BGV process, like what docs they ask like docs from all of the past employers ?
And do they ask after joining or before joining ?
As I dont have exp letter from my 1st company (with 1.6 yoe) which was a small startup.
It was a absconding case so couldnt get any exp letter but I do have payslips, bank statements, appointment letter & last appraisal letter from that company.
