Hello everyone, i have received an offer from Mindtree for the position of AWS tech lead, i have 4.5 yoe and the package I have been offered is 23L. My current CTCt is 8.5 and i have other offers of around 20L fix,is it a good deal or i should negotiate for more?

I just had the initial call with HR. I was told that Senior Analysts start at 56k and Business Operations Specialists start at 67k. I was told the next step was Junior Manager but they rarely started anyone at that level. I'm shocked. Is that accurate or are they trying to lower my expectations? I have an MBA and an MHA and 20 years military experience.

I have an offer from MindTree. DoJ was 21 Sep but was not getting relieving from current company. Hence requested to give a revised DoJ (1month extension).
