I just graduated in May 2023 with my BS in Digital Media Arts and to say the least I’ve been struggling to find work in my field. Finding Entry level jobs just to be told you want years or experience I don’t have quite yet.

currently tossing up between staying at a global company (who is in the process of some positive changes) with an amazing manager who supports my career and flexible working … however comes with the inherit issues that come with a long standing global company

compared with a role at a smaller mga, higher salary (around 30%) more , more visibility career wise and some great employee benefits , management seem to be supportive and low staff turnover

Hi All - I’m at a firm that has some infrequent in-house training but not enough to help me develop skills to eventually become a trial lawyer. I know cases rarely make it to trial anymore, but I’d like to develop my skills as much as possible to position myself well when they do. I directly said to client that I can't since I have my family here.
When I inform this to my manager he is saying how come u say like this to client.according to kpmg policy u need to travel to anywhere to work.
This is not good right. What should be my reply to the client in such a case and how to handle manager on this?

I’ve worked for many companies involving creative traditional/digital artwork, but my last job threw my health under the bus, so now my current has very little creative work and work with databases..

My question is: what was the thing that helped you get back into a creative job?
