I have accepted EY IN Offer.
Now I am getting calls from EY GDS for interviews.

I am not sure if u should attend the interview or not at GDS.
When I shared this scenario with my EY IN HR, she said please don't attend it may create conflict and you may also get blacklisted.

EY GDS HR is like, you can attend the interview, there's no problem at all. We don't have such a policy. Please suggest what decision I should make.

I gave my various rounds of interview in Deloitte USI 2 months ago, and since then till last Friday it was showing " interview in progress" on their job portal, HR said earlier that we are interviewing other candidates. I got an offer from Amazon last week and asked Deloitte recruiter to speed up the process, i didn't get any reply on my email but now it's showing " review in progress" on the job portal. What does it mean? Shall I wait for Deloitte offer or take Amazon's offer.

Recruiter ghosting? My partner interviewed for a lateral position with a mid-sized firm in mid-December. Went through whole process, multiple interviews, etc. (see below)

I have completed all my pre-joining formalities & submitted all relevant documents. Once submitting the BGV got an auto mailer saying that it would take 14 days to complete the BGV. And the days are over now. Also, so far, I didn't receive any mails.

Any tips on how to deal with this…my entire team was let go today (was 5, now just me). We functioned as the Marketing team for 4 brands and primarily focused on product launches and sustaining social media content. I have cleared my 2 technical rounds for quantiphi and last Monday had discussion with HR. She told that she will get back in 2 day which she didn't. I called her she said she will update me later which she didn't. I called her today where she said it will take time . Please tell me whether is it fine ?

3 Things to keep in mind which changing jobs:
1. Always ask dedicated budget for the job before you tell your expectations.

2. Always have atleast 2 weeks of gap before you join any company. You might not understand significance of that but just have a gap.

3. Always talk to people of team you will be joining before you accept offer or atleast before you join company.
