Hello everyone, I’m looking to transition into hr systems from a core HR background of over 04 years . I wanted to know if doing an oracle HCM certification( from oracle university )would help be get my first role in the field ? I have no prior systems experience, but do have some project implementations and consulting experience . also is it worth doing the certification? I’m very keen to get into HCM systems consulting . While Indian consulting folks supporting the US folks do the bulk of the analysis, churning out the data and making the ppts, all the US folks do is attend meetings. Most of know basics of neither Alteryx, Power BI nor Tableau, while everyone in India is expected to know all the three. Most of the times we are expected to work till their afternoon (our Midnight)
