Dinner compensation allocation by firm

So I recently applied for a position as a training specialist, but I feel like I’m more than qualified to look for other roles. I have work in finance, but I do have my PMP, but I haven’t led any large projects, just assisted on them any advice to a young professional that just graduated with an MPA Fiserv, Inc

I interviewed with them a few years ago so take
this with a grain of salt. It is a boutique advisory firm (~60 people) focused on Aerospace, Defense, and Government work. They primarily do buy-side diligence and strategy work. Smart people (mix of IB, strategy and industry backgrounds), fairly interesting work, and decent balance of comp and work life balance (comp was ~IB base + 30-50% bonus for 50-60 hours/week). If you’re interested in the ADG space then it seems like a good place to be.
can confirm - growing apparently - now 85 ppl
Have seen some DD materials from them on a deal. Quality was good, seem to know their sectors. The team I worked with was also friendly and collaborative.
I have a friend who works there. She says its okay. Shes actually been looking for a better opportunity as she says the pay is kind of low there.
Do you mind asking her what her what the compensation is like
Not much on Glassdoor about them, but the one recent review looks promising. Have you received an offer from them?
Not yet. Interviewing with them in a few days
Hmm. Nope. This is something new to me.
