Hello everyone, I'm stuck in making a decision. I'm a Tech lead at Infosys and got an offer of 18L at wipro. Current salary is 9.8L. Infy offered some correction and revised to 13L. Also, they offered Canada on-site opportunity. I still have 30 days of notice left and hoping for an offer of 20L on further job search. But, I'm not sure if it's a wise decision to leave Canada option and move out of Infy. PLEASE HELP.

So be prepared for very less hikes in coming cycle :( Also automotive sector in general is struggling with tesla laying off 10% workforce recently. Maybe time to make a move? What do you say fishes?

My previous manager would track us by hours daily, made a fuss everytime anything stretched and guilt us for that and the unplanned leave too unless it was COVID. Hinted him a lot of time, this is problematic but apparently he considered it "standard practice for agile".
