How long did you guys study for The new cissp exam , and how are the questions like on the exam

Confused as to when to jump from consulting. I joined a T2 consulting firm after MBA and working from 9 months but the job made me anxious and personal health took a hit. I had decided to complete a year before switching out but just got an opportunity in CEO's office of an energy company. Should I switch now or complete a year and find something else?
I'm also concerned about exits from CEO's office roles, what do they look like?
Please help! Suggestions are welcome and appreciated!

I just offered an intern a full time position as an account coordinator with a starting salary of $50k. They have only been an intern for 2 months and have no prior experience. They acted like $50k was a huge slap in the face. Am I crazy for thinking $50k is reasonable for entry level in Toronto? What are the best MBA programs for OD/HCM/change mgmt? I have decided to pursue an MBA rather than a masters in IO psych, but wondering if any b-schools are particularly known for good programs in this area (similar to how Kellogg is known for marketing, etc).

My new company thrives off our internship program, with many of our managers/directors having started as one themselves. I have a unique query and would like to get some advice. My brother did his graduation in 2018 with 55% marks after that he was preparing for gov jobs but couldn't make it.Now he is considering to make a career in IT mostly data analytics or in testing.
