Seems lot of regionalism going on at Salesforce Hyderabad office. I cleared my technical round for the DevOps role with flying colours, still was not selected there. Maybe a blessing in disguise, the interviewer gave a really bad impression of the culture. Such a nice company, sad it's located at a wrong location.

Anyone work with Rich Russo at Arnold before? Had an interview with him and it was weird. As a Hispanic woman, he said I couldn’t be that good if he never heard of me before. When I asked how important diverse hires are, I got an answer from him that was pretty shocking.... something along the lines of how hiring diverse candidates lowers the bar for creative work because they don’t have the same education other [white] creatives have. Maybe I’m reading into him wrong but it was cringe-worthy.

Hii, I am a new joiner. So we had team hurdel today, where multiple small teams of a BU were present and all these teams reported to my manager, as my lead suddenly went on SL (every lead was speaking on bhf of their team) and I had no clue about what was the hurdel about, my manager asked me suddenly to speak on behalf of team like what we do how we function etc etc, it was not expected and I fumbled and some tenured junior of mine complete the discussion Is this concerning/get noticed?
