Does anyone know how to make their resume look more manager like? My resume shows:

- I have the skills and experience.
- I tailored it to the job description

The recruiter at a job fair yesterday said I'm a good fit, but to send her an email with edits to the resume to make it look more like a managers one because they have to sell applicants to higher ups and schedule an interview.

I can't wait too long to send it, so nervous as I'm picking at it trying to further change it.

I am currently going through the Client Success Manager interview process located in Dallas, Tx and I would love to connect with current employees with Gartner.

Why is it so difficult to make the next career move within your OWN company. I have over 7 years of experience across multiple departments and yet an external company is more willing to give an interview to select roles than your own home company for the same role internally!!

Where is the loyalty in that !!??

I applied to one of the roles and after initial screening I happened to see in the website that there are no suitable openings for my profile.

I heard that the cool off period is six months. Does that apply to my situation because I didn't attend any interview.

Can I use referals to apply before 6 months? Or should I wait for 6 more months?

My wife works at a school with kids with behavioral issues. The kids are abusive to the teachers/paras and have hit, kicked, pulled hair, as well as have grabbed the privates of teachers/paras. Nothing is ever done about it by higher up. Recently, the principal got kicked in the leg, and it turns out that the superintendent is “pressing charges” against the kid, but won’t do anything for the teachers/paras. I got an offer in UBS pune with 20 lakh fixed CTC for AO role, plus 80k shift allowances + 2.5 lakh relocation.
Also have an offer from Capgemini Pune for Manager role 26.75 lakhs ( 24.2 lakh fixed + 2.5 variable).
YOE - 13 years. This is my first switch.

Current location Chandigarh, UBS asking for joining in Pune office, Capgemini asking for Remote joining.
