You're getting 22 lpa in hand (not considering tax cut) but nyday Deloitte is a better deal if the fixed pay is same.
17.27 LPA (1.43 L per month) if we consider old regime with no investment/deductions.
18.62 LPA (1.55 L per month) if we consider old regime with 2L deduction under 80C (including 50k NPS) and 2L under HRA.

They really give expected CTC or they try to negotiate?

How much time it took after HR round to get offer?
Yes for sure you will get the amount as per your need. They just try to scare you by saying that is too much and we won't get in touch with you in case the approval fail. They will continuosly try to reach you . No need to worry.
LTIM compensation plan is structured in such a way so as to inflate the CTC. Do not compare CTC but compare fixed components. You haven’t uploaded Deloitte’s compensation, so we do not know which is better.
I did not add it bcoz I have not yet received the offer letter just CTC was discussed. Once received I will update here
Avoid LTIM, they have very short term projects. 3-4 months. Thereafter you would need to look for a new project again.

Before joining.. check bench policy.. Here in Ltimindtree the bench policy is of 2 months after that HR will ask to put paper.
For lateral it is 120 days +60 days ageing but if someone gets tagged in project it becomes 60 days after that right?
1,73,700 - not considered any tax deductions. Only PF and medical deducted.

Update : Got the Deloitte offer now fixed they are giving around 22LPA I have asked them to give atleast 23 LPA
Update : I got a better offer than LTImindtree now and I mailed them asking that please adjust the fixed salary as getting more from IBM . They replied and said that due to several reasons they can't increase now but before my DO joining LTI they will consider the renegotiations.
