Senior specialist position I got and below is my CTC they are giving. What will be in-hand salary?
Also i have almost same package from Deloitte india is it a good discussion to join LTImindtree over Deloitte india. Please help me to decide.

I started my career in the same company i am currently working.

It was a start up and i started very low.

Now I am currently getting 7.8lac per annum.
I am being underpaid and i know it.

I am sure there is alot of opportunities out there.

Just wanted to know, for my experience. What kinda salaries can I look for?

But my current organisation is trying to retain me by giving me a raise and promoting me to SSE with 11 LPA they have also promised to give me more interesting work according to my will. I joined HCL in july 2021 & completed one year in july 2022. Currently I am serving notice period and my last working day is December 7th. I resigned in September month

Hi fishes, Had discussion with TCS HR and he told he need to take approval for 21.5LPA as my current CTC is already on an higher level, My YOE is 7+ now , Will they offer me 21.5 lpa? Does the approval take place in TCS or just HR is ghosting me ?
