My current CTC as infy is 6.5 fixed + variable ;)

I have received a offer letter from Deloitte for 10.7 fixed and 10 percent variable.

Is this a good jump or should I explore more opportunities ?

I have got an offer for Manager level at a Big 4 in Consulting. People who are 3-4 years juniors at my MBA college are at Manager level and might get promoted sooner than me. Also, a couple of immediate juniors are at Senior Manager level.

Have you been in a similar situation? Is it awkard? How to handle it after joining?

PS: If you are wondering, I do not have a Big 4 or consulting experience while they have it.
