Recently accepted an offer at Twitter (I haven’t resigned yet thankfully) and of course have yet to hear back since the news of the layoffs.

Am I crazy to move forward if the offer isn’t rescinded? I’m deflated after many rejections, unhappy in my current role and the role is something I’m passionate about - I’m also no better off in terms of TC and frustrated since there will be no RSU package due to the acquisition.

I have very mixed feelings after how they treated their staff this week!

Did I act irrationally here? I had an initial consultation with a therapist the other day to get a referral to a psychiatrist for BD + ADHD. I've called them to get the appointment set up but no response. So today, I found a new provider and was able to get an appointment booked directly with a psychiatrist next Wednesday.... Do I just tell the other provider I'm no longer interested?

SOS. How do I know if I’m being paid fairly? I feel as though I’ve grown out out the “coordinator” role, but my company insists that I “prove myself” and add more responsibilities to my plate to show I am capable before I am promoted. My current company is global and I’m the only HR rep at my site, with~100 EEs. The rest of my HR corporate team is in another state, including my manager.
