I have been offered the position of Principal consultant in Mindtree. Can anyone help me understand the role expectations, as far as my knowledge PC will be a lead role for the Sr Consultants and will be the poc for business and project management. Anything different in Mindtree?

Due to a recent company-wide increase and additional pay for bilingual direct reports I am only making a dollar and change above them as their supervisor. I was hired into this position in March, having been the first employee in this department. I have been offered a position at a non-US B4 with a 2 year path to partner.
