Also just got married/had a wild bachelor party/overspent on honeymoon, which led to me having about the same amount in high interest credit card debt. Definitely feel like it’s a one time thing and I know how to budget better for trips now. So, my question is, should I use my old 401K amount to just pay off my debt, taking the 10% hit in penalties, or should I roll it over to my new employers 401K?

About month ago I was diagnosed with coronary artery disease (CAD) and had to go through cardiac catheterization to get a stent.
I am in mid 30s and it's unbelievable that i have got this. Have been quite down mentally for last few weeks, and don't think if I can sustain the consulting life anymore.
I am working hard to stop the progression of disease and potentially reverse it. Hope things work out.

So I pulled an all nighter on Monday to do this thing, spend Tuesday like a zombie (and I had 5 calls!!!) then on 6PM the senior reviewing my work came back with comments that I needed to turn “ASAP”. I was so tired I just said I would not because I needed to sleep. I sent them today at 1:30 PM.
Would you get mad if your mid-level/junior did that? I’m all for pulling all-nighters and billing but everything has a limit.
